One of the men to stand out from what was seen this weekend in Europe is Liedson, the Sporting de Portugal striker, who signed the four goals of his team’s win over Belenenses. Fourth in the table, is now far from the top two positions in Portugal giving access to the Champions League.

It is true that the level of the Portuguese League is much lower compared to others such as Spanish or English, and to make matters worse, the Belenenses is sunk in last place in the table, but it is striking to see a player score four goals in one match (of course, the four were scored in the second half).
